A citation quoted loosely, a trial that has posted results since a page was written, a regulatory status that has moved, or a peer-reviewed study on MOTS-c, retatrutide or semaglutide that belongs on the references page — each of those improves the record, and each is read and weighed.

Notes that are easiest to act on name three things: the page, the exact passage in question, and the supporting source, with a DOI or PubMed identifier where one exists. In that form a proposed change can be checked against its source before anything is rewritten.
